LDA型電動單梁起重機(jī)

LDA型電動單梁起重機(jī)依據(jù)JB/T1306-2008標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所設(shè)計(jì)、制造；本產(chǎn)品多用于機(jī)械制造、裝配車間及倉庫等場所，為有軌運(yùn)行一般用途的起重設(shè)備；但不得在易燃、易爆、腐蝕性介質(zhì)環(huán)境中使用，也不適用于吊運(yùn)熔融金屬。
本系列產(chǎn)品起重量一般為1～16t，跨度為7.5～31.5m，工作級別為A3～A5級。

主要特點(diǎn)：

1.本機(jī)起升機(jī)構(gòu)一般匹配CD型(單速升降)或MD型(雙速升降)鋼絲繩電動葫蘆．其機(jī)構(gòu)工作級別可達(dá)M3～M4級，如匹配其它型號的電動葫蘆，其工作級別也可達(dá)到M5～M6級。

2.大車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)一般匹配具有軟啟動功能的YSE系列電動機(jī)，也可匹配變頻制動電機(jī)進(jìn)行變頻調(diào)速。

3.本機(jī)如果配有馬達(dá)抓斗，可以裝卸和搬運(yùn)散粒物料。

4.本產(chǎn)品設(shè)有地面和司機(jī)室兩種操縱形式；地面操縱可有線按鈕把操縱或遙控操縱兩種，司機(jī)室有開式或閉式兩種。用戶可選用。

5.本產(chǎn)品在使用工作級別較低場合下，具有輕便、靈活、安全可靠，輪壓、外形尺寸小，操作簡單、造價(jià)低的明顯優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Complying with JB/T1306-2008 standard, LDA electric single-girder crane is widely used in such areas as manufacturing workshops，assembly shops and warehouses. It is not appropriate for lifting molten metal and not allowed in such hazardous environments as flammable，explosive and corrosive.

Main Features：
1. Hoisting mechanism of this crane generally matches with the CD type(single speed)or MD-type(two-speed) electric wire rope hoist .Usually its classification group is M3 or M4 if matching with other type of electric hoist,it can be up toM5～M6.
2.The tavelling mechanism generally matches with YSE motors with soft-start function. Variable frequency motor can be applied for speed adjustment.
3.Equipped with motor grab, the crane can be used to hoist and convey granular materials.
4.This product has two types of manipulation：ground control and cab’s control. The former includes wired button control and remote control, and the latter are divided into two types：open and closed. You can choose one type in accordance with your actual condition.
5.By comparision with the high, this crane with low classification group is flexible，safe and reliable when its lifting load is light and its wheel pressure is low.
