該包裝機(jī)是根據(jù)非金屬礦粉、化工原料等粉體和顆粒物料而設(shè)計(jì),用于大袋包裝。主要由自動(dòng)給料拖動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、電氣控制系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)計(jì)量稱重系統(tǒng)、氣動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)、掛袋托袋裝置、除塵裝置等組成。灌裝時(shí)只需人工掛袋、套袋、給定信號(hào)后,便可完成自動(dòng)夾袋、自動(dòng)升降、自動(dòng)計(jì)量、滿秤時(shí)自動(dòng)停機(jī)、松袋、完成一個(gè)工作循環(huán)。

技術(shù)特點(diǎn)
1.給料方式為卸料閥式,采用具用優(yōu)良防塵結(jié)構(gòu)的變頻調(diào)速電機(jī)拖動(dòng),由*品牌變頻器調(diào)節(jié)控制給料速度,可實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)整控制。
2.包裝機(jī)的工作過(guò)程采用可編程控制器(PLC)程序控制,配有*的觸摸屏人機(jī)界面,既能完成工作過(guò)程的觸摸控制,又能實(shí)現(xiàn)包裝機(jī)全部工作過(guò)程和維護(hù)所需的人機(jī)對(duì)話。

System introduction
The packing machine is designed for large sack packing according to the powder products and granule materials such as metalloid mineral powder and chemical raw materials, etc. It mainly consists of automatic feeding and driving system, electrical control system, automatic measuring and weighing system, pneumatic control system, sack holding and supporting system, and dust collector. During the filling, except hanging and covering the sack manually, after sending the signal, the packing machine will automatically carry out the procedures such as clamping the sack, lifting, measuring, stop once a fill-up is achieved to the required amount and then releasing the sack. A working cycle is thus completed. widely applied in the fields such as chemical, ferrous powder, building materials, mining, grain, and feedstuff, etc.

Technical characteristic
It adopts the discharging valve for feeding, driven by the frequency-control motor with perfect dustproof structure, regulating and controlling the feeding speed by the frequency inverter of international top brand to achieve the stepless adjustment and control.
The working process of the packing machine is controlled by PLC programs, which may be fitted with the advanced touch screen human-machine interface to realize the touch control to the working process and the human-machine dialogue for technical supports required during the the packing machine’s entire working process and maintenance.
The packing machine is designed based on the environment-protection conception, with the dust collector fixed nearby the place where the sack is clamped and filled, to avoid the dust outspreading during filling and packing, and ensure a good working environment.
Independent lifting hanging-weighing platform is provided, with adopting the net weight measuring method. The weighing system adopts electronic-scale measuring and weighing control indicator is of imported digital display, adopting the entire panel digital calibration and parameters setting, which makes the operation very simple and convenient, featured with the functions such as displaying accumulative weight, auto tare deduction, auto zero calibration, auto fall correction, over tolerance alarm, and fault self-diagnosis. The indicator is fitted with communication interface to make it easy to form the computer network and then exercise real time monitoring and network management. The main frame of the equipment is made of structural parts, with the advanced and rational structure, and convenient installation – its height may be adjusted according to the container sack size.
It can be used together with the vibrating platform and roller-way (scraper chain) conveying machinery to combine an automatic packing and conveying production line.
